From the Padma walk to the beach and head south. Walk, about 1 km if that along the beach road (tarred road) until you come to the Parasol restaurant. Go through the next entry to the beach and it's under the big tree. You'll see a lifeguard tower. If you get to Legian Beach Hotel you've missed it.
Say hi to Smudge for me. He's bound to be there.
