we got three prices for different sizes, 2x2 $2884 with floor, 2.5 x 2.5 $3476, 2x3 $3476, we went with the 2x2 very happy with it, we are in vic not sure about delivery as my husband picked it up, i do know they have delivered to perth before but dont know how much
