I always book my accomodation over the net. I've used many different sites and never had a problem. I've found that not only are the rates much better than advertised, they are all inclusive ie taxes etc ,usually include breakfast and are a per room rate rather than a per person rate. Some of the sites I have used are Bali Discovery, Kecak, Indonesia Hotels and Hotel reservations online. There are many more. One tip, if you are asked for your credit card details make sure that the address of the site, as you see it in the address field at the top of your page starts with https:// and not http:/. https:// denotes a secure site.
