Thanks for the JBR - better late than never I say. Feedback on Mercure was interesting. We were recently looking to book for July and found them very difficult to deal with. Didn't reply to emails and when we phoned them would only quote rack rates. Looks like we made the right decision to stay at Balihai instead!
