I have never been to Bali, I went to Fiji & a few other Islands in the early 1980's & have not since had any desire to travel whatsoever, until.............my son is as we speak in Bali & this is his 1st time travelling so I decided to do as much research on the place as possible, I have since been to several forums (this one is by far the best) & I myself now want to go & experience it, just from what I have read, the interesting comments on this forum & the help from all the posts re: hotels, shopping & tours is just fantastic, my other son & his wife & my grandchildren as well as my youngest (21)yo daughter will all be there in November & have been asking me to come too, & up to now, I have said a definate NO, but I think I too have the bug & am going to start saving & organising myself to get there....thanks to all.
