We just came back last Thursday flying executive class so were eligable to use the Garuda lounge .
We were not impressed with the new lounge ,very formal & uninviting unlike the old one.
It is not the same at all , there is no walk up bar & the smoking section is upstairs which means you have to walk up & down stairs to get & mix your own drinks or get the snacks , even though the old lounge badly needed a facelift it was far more inviting than this new one
P.s : don't know if the "tranny" still works in the lounge any more as we did not see him this time.
