Tegal Sari is below Monkey Forest on Jl Hanoman and is 15 mins on foot (2 km)to the market however, I believe Tegal Sari has free transport which could make life easier for you with the kiddies. Do a Google search under "Tegal Sari" and you will find multiple sites to look at.
