don't know if your interested but I know a local girl who I have been friends with for years she's loverly and just had a baby herself in November and is now desperately trying to find a job. I know she hasn't had any professional nanning experiance but she's loverly and has a child of her own maybe you could give her the oppertunity she won't let you down and I'm sure I can talk to her she would be much cheaper than the hotel babysitters
