I think Aristo at Merry's Collection In Jalan Padma Utara is a great tailor.We've had men's suits,leather jackets,dresses,after 5 outfits,ladies suits, as well as ladies jacket made from him.I think it may have been me who first started posting about him.We have been very happy with everything he has made for us.I have not had shoes made by him but I do not wear high heels anyway.
Last trip I had a pair of my favorite Dianne Ferrari sandals copied & am very happy with them.I had them done at the leather place almost opposite Aristo.It's on the same side as the Circle K store but about 2 doors down.I can't remember the exact price but they were very reasonable & the quality of the work was great.I saw many people coming into the shop at different times including people picking up leather shoes & boots.They have a large range of colours of leather as well as heaps of books to choose the style of shoe or boots you want made up. They were repeat customers so obviously had been happy enough to re-order from the same shop.Maybe give them a go & see if you are happy,I know I was.
