I have found that this sickness, which i know shouldn't be spoken of for fear of contaminating others, can be lethal. I have been outcast from my friends and family for months now- all due to this unforseen "condition". The shame I feel, to be sitting there looking at my album of photos of my life as it was pre BV (bali-virus)and to think i wasn't doing anything wrong- WHY ME I ask- did I take any undue risk in booking a holiday to a popular destination? It is definately a highly contagious condition and the only short term cure is to get back theree as quickly as possible. A temporary cure is to wander into Dan Murphys liquor store and buy up on Bintang, although this wears off pretty quickly when you realise that you have just paid the equivilant of Rp21000 for each small bottle!
