I booked last week and tried getting in for July cuz I dind't want to miss TAFE classes. Most of the flights were already booked out and the hotel I wanted was fully booked for the whole of June and July - not a single room available apparently (thru multiple wholesalers and asking for extra rooms to be released).
If you really want to go in July you might get in somewhere but probably not if you're fussy about where you stay and the exact dates you want to fly.
