We are staying at the Inna Kuta in May and emailed the hotel with the same question. Their answer was as follows:- "The renovation is undergoing until further notice. It is not major renovation, it is little bit like room refurbishment. It will not disturb you during your stay at our property. The work take time from 8 am to 5 pm." Hope this helps!
