You could fit 3 people in the superior rooms - just wouldn't be a lot of room between the beds. I'm not sure there is a great deal of difference between superior and deluxe - except that deluxe are closer to pool and do have a balcony to sit out on. You should find out if they are actually bigger in size. The hotel is not huge - so no rooms are too far from the pool. Sorry - don't know anything about the super deluxe rooms. Hope this helps.
