From the Niksoma if you head south along the beach road, you'll pass the Puri Raja then the Melasti Beach Resort, then a bit of empty land (well it was vacant in late 2003, so I'm guessing it still is), then the Padma takes up the rest of the land until you get to Jl Padma.
