There's several leather shops in Sanur. Can't recommend a particular one, as haven't used one, but would say don't go to the one near Hardy's with the gigantic leather coat on the model at the front of the store. Brother-in-law had a sports jacket made there last year, and it was a major disaster. Had to be completely re-made, even though the initial measurements were correct. Turns out he'd sent the measurements to someone else who then made the coat (like a sub-contractor), but who managed to totally stuff it up. Not a nice experience.
