Stay at the Bali Hyatt in Sanur - Nusa Dua is soulless and charmless - Sanur is a much nicer place - the hotel grounds are superb and there is a great spa - there is a free shuttle bus between the two so you can visit Grand Hyatt any time you want and use the facilities there - it certainly is worth it - the pools there are superb - when we went the Nusa Dua hotel was empty and the Bali Hyatt was buzzing. Also Sanur is much better for trips up to Ubud etc. The rooms at Bali Hyattt we stayed in were absolutely fine
