Yes I was there recently and noticed that you now have to pay. But the thing I was wondering was is it now because you have to pay that no one goes there early hoping they will get one?
I went twice when I was there, both early in the morning and there was hardly any people there untill later in the afternoon! (Not that I was complaining)
I think its a good idea actually!
