Another suggestion perhaps is to do a price check on paying for the airfare direct with AP and booking accomodation direct with the hotels or through a Bali based agent such as ER tours or Mida (search the BTF and you will find contact details and comments on both) ... I think your choice of hotels is excellent and I have no doubt you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.
