the angle of the recline. Assuming seats start off at 90deg - some people seem to want to take the rest of the 90deg and end up with their heads in the lap of the poor sod behind. I don't think anyone objects to a little "softening" of the straight back ... it's just a matter of having some consideration for the person behind. For those who like to travel in a "fully reclined" position .... pay the $$ & buy a business or first class seat and get a sleeper!
