it's that one must respect the culture, beliefs etc in the foreign country they are visiting! Sure it' full of sand, surf & sun, but they have their own beliefs & quite strong too, The Indonesians & Balinese have a culture that one must be respectful of after all you are the guest/visitor into their country!
