btw, (by the way), the ones that amuse me are:
The blokes that wear dresses (sarong)in the street, (imagine doing that in Wanthagi and not getting a rise [so to speak]).
The jerks that window shop from their rented cars and motorbikes.
The ones that insist on drinking (in places serving) ONLY their usual (VB etc.) and not the local suds.
Yeh, the pidgeon English bit gets to me too.
btw, (or should that be Btw?), thats me slamming those doors at 2 am. Thats my job here. I help hotels save money. Time and motion studies have proven its more economic to have ALL guests wake up late after a sh1tty nights interupted sleep than to have breakfast staff clocking in at 5am to serve the few German poolside chair reservers early breakfast.
I can cover 15 hotels in Tuban between 1:30 and 4:00 am, and am thinking of getting automated or training an assistant.
It also means you will sleep more whilst on your day trip to Kintamani thence, asking less inane questions (in pidgeon - naturally) and drink less warm Aqua provided by the tour companies.
