In Bali mini skirts are fine as long as all is covered & preferably with a t-shirt on & not bikini tops..
I am not up for the look even when I visit the Gold Coast, I think bikini's are for swimming in & not shopping in..
My opinion, but yes a skirt is fine in Bali! But beware how you sit on a motorbike!
