I'd say he's still stupid enough to use the "tennis player" line to wrangler his way in but just make sure the kids are well aware. Whether they are offered tennis lessons, surf lessons etc. just don't risk it. If its something the kids really want to do and doesn't sound suss then maybe you need to check out who, what, when, where and how and make sure an adult can be present if thats what it takes. There was something posted last month and a bike number plate was listed as well so maybe make a note of that.
