I use them all the time. They won't fax or email you a quote but are extremely reliable. Have been using them for about 3 years now and always get the cheapest deals. If you have concerns speak directly with Tony, tell him Kathy has been on forum and advising of his great service. He will love that and ensure you get the best price. He has never given us a quote but you can always ask what flight numbers etc they are basing on and they will give you everything.
