Try Pak Leo at Bali Fotografi, Jl Raya Kuta 57X, Kuta. Leo is an enthusiast who will not let sub-standard work out of his lab. He does much of the work for ex-pats in Bali and that's a good recommendation.
Give his shop girls Chuppa Chups and they will remember you for ever. Leave one for Leo and another for his lab tech and you'll be walking on air.
