should be compulsory reading for all travel agents, then they may be able to give accurate advice on various hotels etc. When I booked to go to Bali last year, my first choice of hotel for the first 6 days wasn't available, so the agent made a provisional booking for the Barong, a hotel of an entirely different type and in an entirely different place. Fortunately I knew enough to say, "No way!".
This isn't a criticism of the Barong, or of any other hotel, but a good agent would make it his/her business to know what could perhaps be expected in a well known, long-established hotel like the Barong.
