Didn't even think about it until I read your question, then realised that that was US$45 per person, according to the Bali holiday books we got from various travel agents. D'uh! However, having said that, I know that the Griya's internet rate is US$55 per room, as that's what we got it at last year when we flew with FF and booked the accommodation ourselves. But that did not get us any bonus nights.
