Qantas FF question re taxes ???

Can anyone explain why the taxes and charges on a return flight from Sydney to Denpasar are $180 - which is A$30 more than they should be.
This is the first time I have tried to book a FF flight on the net so new at it all. Is it just a Qantas FF surcharge (rouges) ? Yes...I could ring them but don't feel like being on hold for an hour :)
