both times we went. Not sure of the name though. No claims this time but was surprised that i couldn't cover my son for allergies. I had to list it as pre existing illness even though he has never needed treatment in Austrlai for it. Didn't matter as we didn't need it.
First time we went i had to visit BIMC. WE used our visa card and worked out on the rate it cost about $160. Came home and checked account $140 on echange not bad. Vlaimed on Insurance (no troubles) and we got back over $150.
No problems claiming either Very prompt!!
