You can buy Versace jeans and Versis jeans in Kuta Square, opposite the main entrance to Matahari.
They have a good size range and up to at least have size 40 (maybe have larger sizes too!) Cost 165000rp
You can have the jeans shortened in around 1 hour and you pay cash 10000rp, arranged thru the shop. (you can pay for jeans with credit card, not alteration)
