you may be referring to is " Ketut's".As you are heading from Melasti st down Garlic lane /Jalan Sahadewa ( well before you get to Indo-National)or Padma St ,there is a little gang on the right hand side,it's not far down at all.Walk down this gang & Ketut's shop is the last one on the right hand side.
Make sure you mention the forum if you go in as she has certain items that are not on display that she will happily bring out for you.Ketut is a real darling & is also talented as sewing items in a hurry if she doesn't have the right size in stock.She made our son a pair of long trousers in the army camouflage material & they are great.I wished we had got more.
