As you know we think both Sammy & Suzie are lovely people.We have also found that they often don't won't to charge what should be the full rate for what we have drunk re the tax situation.We find the easy way out that we feel happy with is just to hand them a wad of notes at the end of the session with a bit extra included for their hospitality.
Re their honesty of returning left behind items & letting people take items if they don't have the cash on them - I am with you 100%.Actually wasn't it you or one of your harem that left a phone behind one night when Ted & us where there with you ? <LOL> Another night our son was out for a walk on his own & had run out of cash.He was hot & thirsty & wanted a drink for the walk home.Because he feels S & S is his home away from home,he felt comfortable going & seeing them for a drink on his own & sitting down chatting to who ever was there - no idea where he gets that from <VBG> .We just ended up giving Sammy the money the next day when we saw him.
Re the beach sellers being so full on at S & S - I have found if you make it very clear to the beach sellers & also to S & S that you are ONLY there to relax,chill out & have a few drinks with friends that no one bothers you much at all.In that regard I feel it's much the same as most other places in Bali.
