is absolutely worth the money. Went in Oct 2001 and had such a ball, went again in Sept 2004, taking 12 & 15 yr old sons. Book through their Perth office before you go - it's cheaper. Good snorkelling equipment is provided in your size. Boat takes about 25 people so not too big a group. The staff are professional with good senses of humour.
Saw spectacular coastal scenery on Nusa Penida, dolphins and manta rays (lucky). Snorkelled twice and saw heaps of different, beautiful fish. Lunch on board is limited choice but fresh, very tasty and enough. Try mangosteen, just sublime fruit. Can buy cold drinks on board. Village tour is interesting. Nusa Lembongan beach resort is delightful - great pool overlooking lovely beach, beach bar and watersports. Would love to stay there one day but cannot convince hubby. Then the trip home is really neat.
First time we went weather was not wonderful so rafting was more exciting with decent swell but snorkelling just OK. Second time weather was perfect so snorkelling was fabulous but rafting was still OK.
Cannot have too much sunscreen on. Take camera it will be safe and you will so regret it if you don't. My 12 yr old (and me the first time) was nervous about snorkelling but had an absolute ball.
Apart from staying up in Ubud this would be the highlight of my last two trips to Bali! YES I'd recommend it!
