Ended up spending last 2 days of holiday to Turkey in hospital when son had cellulitus, hospital charged insurance company direct so didn't cost us anything. They also had flights on hold for us to fly direct home to Aust if son was not well enough for 5 day stop in Singapore (he was) Absolutley no complaints with service, they rang a few times to check on us.
