A couple of trips ago we were staying at the Inna Kuta Beach and after a rather heavy night (you all know how it is) we managed to lose the safety deposit key and were duly charged $US100 by the hotel. When I got back I managed to claim it through my travel insurance (much to my surprise). Of course, now I can't remember the name of the insurance company but I did book through Jetset if that helps.
