Hi,
Allow almost an hour to get through customs etc so say 4pm outside.
At least 3 hours to Amed. and dark at just gone 6.
Suggest you stay near the airport - Kuta - Tuban - only 5 to 10 mins away.
Set off the next morning.
Take the whole day.
There are plenty of drivers around the hotels all eager to drive you.
Should cost 300 000Rp for the whole day.
Stop off at places along the way. Bat temple, Water Palace, Candi Dasa.
If possible get the driver to go along the winding coast road - he may ask for a few extra Rp but it is worth it. Plenty of places in Amed and you should be able to book in with ease if you arrive about 5pm.
