Bali, report it to the tourist police and get a statement/receipt etc otherwise you may NOT be able to claim as some policies like my own last year have a clause about reporting it to the police. So of course after meeting about 8 other aussies last year and going out for dinner and a few cocktails later in poppies lost my phone somehow. The call to telstra just to get it held was $60 due to being on hold and then couldnt claim as i hadnt reported it to police. I think you have to pay the tourist police for this service.
