That although flights are due in at a certain time, some are delayed, some on time and others early. I just dont think you can ever be guaranteed that a given number of flights arrive at one time.
It also depends which aircraft pull into which part of the airport.
One arrival for us, another aircraft arrived similar time to us and passengers came in the door almost at immigrasi, so the arrivals hall was full in no time.
Our AA flight arrives in Ngurah Rai next Wednesday at ETA 14.10.
