Sorry, can't answer re: US visa. Sure there's heaps on forum tho.
We stayed Hai Tide beach front. Different, probably spoiled for us (me LOL) for the need to climb steep ladder in and out and also no private bathroom (hard to climb down ladder 3am with full bladder!!)
Glad we did it tho.
Weather? Can get anything March/April. Tailing off wet but definitely warm!!
