I'm not actually going for another 128 days ( :-( ), but thought I'd get in early to make sure I was covered. So I went in today and had tetanus/diptheria and polio (oral) boosters - they give protection straight away and only require the one dose. I also had Hep A & B, which requires a second dose in one month, then another dose in 5 months - you are protected after the second dose, the 3rd extends your protection for 10-15 years.
Lastly I was told to have the typhoid injection 1 month before my holiday.
