you might like to try the Nagasari in Bakinsari st. you can get it through travel agents for about A$40 per night. small, rooms are owned by different people, mostly aussie i think. i am using ff and have booked direct with the owner, cost A$15 per night to her and when you get there you pay about 30,000 to the hotel for cleaning.
