One problem with leaving one tip for the whole of your stay,whether it is at the beginning or the end,is that quite often the cleaning staff change,different shifts etc,and you dont always see the staff when they are in your room.And also if there is more than one person doing the room,quite often there are "trainees" also helping and they dont get paid at all,does the first one into the room pocket the tip for themselves or share it?
