Hi there...I just hadmy shots and I had exactly what your doctor recommended. I went to see a Travelvax nurse who spent about an hour with me explaining what I need etc.
The only other helpful thing that she did say was that if you are using insect repellent, make sure it has an ingrediant called DEET in it as they have mosquitos carrying Dengue Fever at present.
