We stayed at the padme for our honeymoon in October. THe upgrade is worth every cent. You get 2 hours worth of yummy food and cocktails (or any drink) free each day. You will also be able to eat breakfast in the Italian restaurant instead of the big place where everyone eats, or order room service breakfast for no charge. I hear the rooms are nicer, but i never saw the inside of others. Go for it - very worthwhile.
