I travelled to Bali on Irish passport in Jan. Had to go to Indo Consulate to apply for visa in Perth. it took 3 working dasy- over a weekend it took til Wed. Do not arrive in Bali without it. Had a very nasty 'interview' in a back office and cost me extra money to get Visa at Denpasar. One bonus tho'- no need to queue at VOA desk- was the first through.
