I would recommend Putra silver at Batubalan. It is on the road to celuk just before you turn right. Big two storey white place, big sign out the front. Might look like no one there but if you walk up the steps and wait, someone will come. Absolutely the cheapest in bali, it is a wholesale store but they sell to the public, they also have a retail shop in Ubud and Kuta but prices are higher
