because the person who met me in Jan 05 STILL had to queue in the same queues just they did it for you and you stood aside and watched. Obviously they knew what to do but when I fly in 12 days time I will not bother with VIPVOA as I think I now know what is required. Yes it is only $10US extra but $10 is 90,000rp and that buys a decent meal. Cheers
