I am getting married in Bali in September. We have used the services of a company on th eground there called Bali Weddings Interational. Essentially they co-ordinate everything in Bali and ensure all of the legalities are taken care of. Given what I read beforehand and the research we have done I would definitley use a company there to organise everything. They charge about US$1000 but that does include the minister etc all of the paperwork... We too have a private villa and probably about 25-30 guests coming from England, New Zealand and Australia.
