Its a service offered where they meet you and do the work for you so you do not have to line up in the visa line .... it costs an extra USD $10 per person for the service ... worth it perhaps if you know there wll be a number of planes landing at the time you do ... I was going to use it however I was not happy to give them the three digit code on the back of my credit card as the banks here tell you not to.
