Hope this isn't a dumb question, but just noticed that my travel brochure states that Nyepi Day is 21st March 04 and 9th April 05. What exactly does or does not happen on these days? Obviously 21st March 04 has passed but 9th April still to come. I haven't noticed any comments on the forum about these days and was just wondering if travellers need to know any further info.
